HUL Q2 FY27 results schedule: Check date, share price trend and key details

Hindustan Unilever (HUL) on Wednesday, October 7, said the company’s board of directors has fixed its quarterly meeting date to declare the July-to-September quarter results for the fiscal year ending 2026-27, according to a regulatory filing.

The company said its board of directors will meet on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, to approve Q2 FY27 earnings and half-yearly audited financial results. The board will also “consider the proposal for payment of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year ending 31st March 2027.”

The company will hold a call with the investors on the same day after the board meeting, HUL said.

Here’s how HUL performed in Q1

The FMCG major reported a 3% decline in its consolidated net profit to ₹2,673 crore for the quarter ended June 30 of fiscal year 2026-27 (Q1 FY27), following a one-off tax credit during the quarter. It has seen a net profit of ₹2,756 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.

The company’s total income stood at ₹17,341 crore in Q1 FY27 in contrast to ₹15,757 crore in the corresponding quarter of last year, marking a growth of 10%.

On the operation level, HUL’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) decreased marginally to ₹3,947 crore in the reporting quarter as against ₹3,640 crore in Q1 FY26.

The margin contracted to 22.76% in Q1 FY27 in contrast to 23.1% YoY. The firm said that the EBITDA margin remained within the guided range while navigating a volatile operating environment.

HUL reported the highest growth in the past 13 quarters, driven by a 10% underlying sales growth (USG). The company’s turnover for the period stood at ₹17,184 crore.

What HUL had said on outlook

During the Q1 FY27 earnings announcement, the FMCG major had said that their focus remains on driving competitive, volume-led revenue growth.

On the margin front, HUL had highlighted that commodity volatility continues, with inflationary pressures expected to persist in the near term. The company indicated that its consolidated EBITDA margin is likely to remain around the current guided range.

HUL share price trends

On Wednesday, HUL shares closed at ₹1,865.4 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, declining 1.57%.

From the beginning of the year, Hindustan Unilever shares have fallen 20%. Over a month’s time, the stock has slipped nearly 5%, while for a six-month period, it has tumbled 11%.

Shares of the firm had hit a 52-week high of ₹2,667.20 on October 23, 2025, and a 52-week low of ₹1,826.90 on October 1, 2026.

According to NSE data, as of October 7, 2026, HUL has a total market capitalisation of ₹4.38 lakh crore.
