In an exchange filing, Hero MotoCorp informed that "a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026."

In March 2026, the company had reported a strong performance with dispatches of 598,198 units as against 549,604 units during the same period last year. Retail performance also remained robust in March with 542,436 VAHAN registrations, reflecting a growth of 24%.

The ICE scooter segment reported a robust double-digit growth of 24%, backed by a strengthened product portfolio and scale-up of the Xtreme and Glamour range of motorcycles.
