CMS Info Systems Q4 PAT up 23%, revenue grows by 25%

CMS Info Systems Q4 PAT up 23%, revenue grows by 25%

CMS Info Systems announced a 23.3% year-on-year growth in its adjusted net profit for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2024 to ₹99.4 crore on Thursday. The figure has been adjusted for employee stock options (ESOP) expenses.

The company witnessed a 25.1% YoY rise in its consolidated revenue at ₹627 crore during the quarter.

Its earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and, amortisation (EBITDA) rose 16.2% YoY to ₹168.6 crore. The firm saw a 56% YoY growth in its managed services & technology solutions business segment. Meanwhile, its cash logistics business revenue rose 11% YoY to ₹388.2 crore.

For the fiscal year 2024 (FY24), the company’s net profit rose 23.1% YoY at ₹374.5 crore. The revenue saw an uptick of 18.3% YoY to ₹2,265 crore while EBITDA grew 16.4% YoY to ₹641 crore.

The firm’s cash logistics business revenue rose 11.2% YoY to ₹1,474 crore and the managed services & technology solutions business revenue saw a 34.6% YoY growth to ₹885.6 crore during the year. The company has managed to bag new orders from banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) companies worth ₹1,850 crore in FY24.

Rajiv Kaul, executive vice-chairman, whole-time director, and chief executive officer at CMS Info Systems said the company is seeing strong growth in its retail, AIoT remote monitoring solution, and managed services segments. “We are reasonably confident of meeting the upper end of our FY25 revenue guidance of ₹2,500- 2700 crore,” he said.

The board of directors of CMS Info Systems has announced a dividend of ₹3.25 per share. The total dividend for FY24 stood at ₹5.75 per share.

CMS Info Systems provides logistics and technology solutions to banks, financial institutions, organised retail, and e-commerce companies with a presence across cash logistics, managed services, and technology solutions.

Shares of the company have risen by nearly 8.21% since the beginning of the year. The stock has gained over 31.86% in the last one year.
