BF Investments released its results for the fourth quarter and full financial year ended March 31, 2024, on Thursday.
The Kalyani Group company’s net profit zoomed more than 119% to ₹250.24 crore in Q4FY24 compared to ₹114.08 crore in the corresponding quarter of the preceding fiscal. The company’s net profit for the quarter ended March rose more than 332% from ₹57.92 crore in the quarter ended December 2023. The company’s net profit for FY24 grew by more than 67% to ₹433.74 crore against ₹259.3 crore in the preceding fiscal.
The investment firm’s consolidated total income for the March quarter grew nearly 156% to ₹13.27 crore compared to ₹5.18 crore in the same quarter a year ago. Sequentially, the company’s total income grew nearly 47% from ₹9.04 crore in the December quarter.
The company’s total income for FY24 grew more than 37% to ₹42.85 crore from ₹31.21 crore in the year-ago period.
BF Investments is a non-deposit taking core investment company engaged in the business of making investments in Kalyani Group firms. BF Investments was formed after the demerger of the investment business of BF Utilities through a Composite Scheme of Arrangement, according to the company’s website. The company was incorporated in 2009.
Shares of BF Investment closed 2.23% higher at ₹574 apiece on the NSE.
