Bajaj Finance Q4 Results: Deposit-taking non-banking financial company Bajaj Finance will announce its earnings for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025-26 on April 29.

In an exchange filing on Monday, the company said that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on Wednesday, 29 April 2026, inter-alia, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2026."

The company's board will also recommend a dividend on equity shares, if any, for FY26.

The stock had hit its 52-week high of ₹1,102.50 per share on October 23, 2025, while its 52-week low was on March 23, 2026, at ₹787.90 apiece.

In the past week, the stock has gained 6.54%. However, it has declined 10.12% in a month and 12.24% year-to-date.

How did Bajaj Finance perform in Q3 FY26?

The standalone net profit of Bajaj Finance rose 23.60% to ₹4,580.52 crore in Q3 FY26 as against ₹3,705.81 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year.

Its standalone revenue from operations advanced 18.20% to ₹15,694.74 crore in the December quarter of the financial year 2025-26, compared to ₹13,277.33 crore in the year-ago period.
