All Time Plastics Q1 Results: Stock rises as profit climbs 5%; here's how it has fared since IPO

All Time Plastics share price: Plastic consumerware products maker All Time Plastics' shares advanced on Tuesday, September 2, as the company announced its earnings for the first quarter of the financial year 2025-26.

The company's consolidated revenue from operations climbed 21.46% to ₹157.97 crore in Q1 FY26, compared to ₹130.05 crore in the year-ago period.

Its profit after tax (PAT) surged 5% to ₹12.8 crore in the reporting quarter as against ₹12.19 crore in the first quarter of FY25.

The stock is trading at ₹307.20 apiece, up 0.64%, on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at 2:24 pm on Tuesday, September 2. Its market capitalisation stood at ₹2,012.40 crore.

At the current share price, the scrip is trading 11.7% higher than the issue price of ₹275.

All Time Plastics shares debuted at ₹311.30 apiece on the NSE on August 14. This shows a premium of 13.2% from the issue price.

On the BSE, it listed at ₹314.30, an increase of 14.29% from the issue price.

The initial share sale received 8.34 times subscription, with bids for 8,79,91,542 equity shares as against 1,05,46,297 shares reserved.

Non-institutional investors led the bidding with a 13.47 times subscription, followed by qualified institutional buyers at a 10.15 times subscription. The quota for retail individual investors was booked 5.14 times.

The ₹400.70 crore IPO of All Time Plastics had set a price band of ₹260 to ₹275 per share. It consisted of a fresh issuance of shares aggregating to ₹280 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of ₹120.6 crore.

The objects of the issue were to acquire machinery for its Gujarat plant, repayment of debt, and corporate general purposes.
