Aditya Infotech Q1 results: Video surveillance solutions provider Aditya Infotech, which operates the 'CP Plus' brand, will post its latest set of numbers for the first quarter of the financial year 2025-26 (Q1 FY26) on Tuesday, August 19. Notably, this is the first time the firm will declare its earnings after listing on bourses.

In an exchange filing, the company said its board of directors will meet on August 19 to "consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone & consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025".

The 'CP Plus' operator will release the first quarter FY26 results on Tuesday, August 19. The company has not specified the time to declare its June quarter report.

Shares of Aditya Infotech are trading 2.52% higher at ₹1,118 apiece on the NSE at 11:26 am on Tuesday.

The stock is up 65.62% over the issue price of ₹675.

The scrip started trading at ₹1,015 apiece on August 5, reflecting a premium of 50.37% from the issue price.

The ₹1,300 crore Aditya Infotech IPO was subscribed 100.69 times.

The initial public offering, with a price range of ₹640 to ₹675 per share, was a fresh issuance of shares aggregating to ₹500 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) valued at ₹800 crore.

Under the OFS, Ananmay Khemka, Rishi Khemka, Shradha Khemka, Aditya Khemka, Hari Shankar Khemka (HUF) and Aditya Khemka (HUF) offloaded their stake.

The fresh money raised will be used for two objectives: general corporate purposes and debt clearance.
