Adani Energy Solutions Q3 results: Electric power transmission and distribution company Adani Energy Solutions reported a 1.68% decline in its consolidated net profit attributable to owners of the company at ₹552.31 crore in the December quarter of FY26.

The company had posted a profit of ₹561.78 crore for October-December FY25, according to an exchange filing. It made a provision of total tax expenses of ₹226.17 crore, whereas it had got tax credit of ₹66.07 crore in the year-ago quarter.

The revenue from operations advanced 15.42% to ₹6,729.65 crore in the reporting quarter, compared to ₹5,830.26 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.

In a regulatory filing, the Adani group firm said EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation) during the quarter reached a record high of ₹2,210 crore, reflecting an increase of 20.7% YoY, due to robust growth in the transmission and smart metering segment and steady performance in the distribution segment.

Kandarp Patel, CEO, Adani Energy Solutions, said, "We are delighted to have delivered yet another strong quarter. Despite the challenges, our core strengths of strong onground execution, focused O&M and capital management have helped to drive consistent progress on the project development side. We have commissioned four transmission projects during the current financial year. The company reached an impressive mark of approximately 92.5 lakh metres—the highest in the country by any player at a benchmark daily installation rate."

"Looking ahead, we believe the growth outlook across our business areas remains robust. We expect a substantial increase in our asset capitalisation program across all core segments and expect strong momentum in bidding activity in the short to medium term,” said Kandarp Patel, CEO, Adani Energy Solutions," he added.

During the nine-month period ended December 2025, the company commissioned four transmission projects – Khavda Phase II Part-A, Khavda Pooling Station - 1 (KPS-1), North Karanpura Transmission (NKTL), and Sangod transmission.

In the smart meter business, it installed 61.2 lakh new metres as of 9MFY26, thereby reaching a total mark of 92.5 lakh installed metres cumulatively. The firm said that it is on track to surpass 1 crore cumulative smart metres by the end of FY26.
