TCS partners Rezolve Ai to help retailers deploy agentic AI globally

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Tuesday announced a global strategic partnership with Rezolve Ai to help retailers worldwide embed agentic artificial intelligence into their core commerce operations.

The partnership marks TCS' entry into the emerging agentic AI commerce segment, where autonomous AI agents are used to power functions such as product discovery, conversational shopping and checkout.

Under the collaboration, TCS will enable retail enterprises to use Rezolve Ai's proprietary intelligent commerce platform, brainpowa, to build AI-led customer experiences across conversational commerce, intelligent discovery and agentic checkout.

These solutions will allow retailers to integrate production-grade AI tools directly into their commerce workflows at enterprise scale, the companies said in a joint statement.

"This partnership is a major commercial milestone for Rezolve Ai," Rezolve Ai Chief Executive Officer Daniel M. Wagner said.

"TCS brings extraordinary reach, deep enterprise trust, and global execution capability. Together, we are creating a clear pathway to take agentic commerce from platform innovation to enterprise-scale deployment," Wagner added.

TCS Head of Retail, UK and Europe, Shekar Krishnan said enterprises are increasingly looking for AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes at scale.

"Our partnership with Rezolve Ai combines TCS' global transformation capabilities with a specialised AI-powered commerce platform built for real-world enterprise deployment," he said.

"Together, we aim to help customers modernise digital commerce in ways that improve customer experience and commercial performance," Krishnan added.

The companies said global retailers will also be able to test the joint solution at TCS' Pace Port innovation centres across the world.

TCS said the partnership is part of its broader strategy to build an integrated AI ecosystem by combining in-house innovation with strategic alliances to industrialise AI adoption for enterprises.

Rezolve Ai's Brain Suite platform is designed to help businesses use AI to power search, transactions, fulfilment and personalisation at scale.
