Jio down: Users report mobile data and network issues in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and other cities

Reliance Jio services are reportedly down for users across the country. According to Downdetector, which tracks outages, there is a disruption in Jio services in cities such as Mumbai, Patna, Lucknow, Guwahati, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Nagpur, Hyderabad and Kolkata.

Over 10,000 reports of Jio outages have been received, Downdetector reported. 66% of users are experiencing signal issues, 19% are facing internet problems, and 15% are encountering issues with JioFiber.

Jio Payments Bank app down

The application of Jio Payments Bank, a subsidiary of Jio Financial Services, is also down.

Responding to a user on X who pointed out issues with the app, the Jio Payments Bank Care handle said, "Hi, we regret the inconvenience caused to you. Our Bank App is down due to unforeseen issues. We're working to fix it within 8 hours."

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), a person asked, "Is JIO down for anyone in Mumbai?"

Another said, "Jio Network not available now for calling and internet."

A person complained that his "Jio Fiber network is not working".

"I am unable to raise a complaint as well as My Jio App too isn't opening. All your systems look down at present," he added.

Meanwhile, Jio is yet to issue an official statement on the outage.
