What is an ITR intimation?

An ITR intimation is the Income Tax Department's notification of whether the information you have submitted is in line with their data. It is sent under Section 143(1) and informs you directly if your return is accepted, if you are entitled to a refund, or if there's any further tax to pay.

What is the password to open ITR intimation?
