HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced the replacement of outgoing fund manager Roshi Jain for three equity schemes: HDFC Flexi Cap Fund, HDFC Focused Fund and HDFC ELSS Tax Saver Fund.

On Monday, December 8, 2025, HDFC AMC issued an addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) and Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) of the three schemes and Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of HDFC Mutual Fund to make the announcement.

Who are the new fund managers?

HDFC Mutual Fund said that the fund manager(s) for HDFC Flexi Cap Fund, HDFC Focused Fund and HDFC ELSS Tax Saver Fund will change from ‘Roshi Jain’ to ‘Chirag Setalvad, Gopal Agrawal & Amar Kalkundrikar’ with effect from December 08, 2025. Dhruv Muchhal is the dedicated Fund Manager for Overseas Investments.

"HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced Addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) and Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) of Select Schemes and Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of HDFC Mutual Fund," the AMC said in a notice-cum-addendum.

"HDFC Mutual Fund has informed that Fund Manager(s) for HDFC Flexi Cap Fund, HDFC Focused Fund and HDFC ELSS Tax Saver ‘Roshi Jain’ shall change to ‘Chirag Setalvad, Gopal Agrawal & Amar Kalkundrikar’ with effect from December 08, 2025. Dhruv Muchhal is the dedicated Fund Manager for Overseas Investments," it added.

The AMC further said that all other terms and conditions of the SAI and SIDs, KIMs of the aforesaid Schemes will remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the SAI and SIDs, KIMs of the Schemes as amended from time to time.
