Quant Mutual Fund announces change in fund management responsibilities for 12 schemes. See details

Quant Mutual Fund has announced a notice-cum-addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI), Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of its schemes.

The fund house has informed the unitholders regarding the following changes in key personnel with effect from February 20, 2026:

Jignesh Shah has been appointed as Fund Manager – Equity

Pranav Sharma has been appointed as Investment Analyst. He has over six years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence and data optimization and financial data integration

Haroonvardhan Sirohi has been appointed as Dealer - Debt & Fund Manager - Debt

Ravtej Batra has been appointed as Dealer - Equity

Shubham Ray has been appointed as Dealer - Equity

Sourav Banerjee has been appointed as Investment Analyst. His current role as Dealer - Equity has been rescinded

Harshvardhan Bharatia has been appointed as Fund Manager - Equity and Dealer - Equity. His current role as Fund Manager- Debt & Dealer-Debt has been rescinded

Lokesh Garg has resigned from the position of Fund Manager - Equity. He will now cease to be the Key Personnel and employee of quant Money Managers Limited (AMC).

Further, Quant Mutual Fund said that the fund management responsibilities will be revised for the following 12 schemes with effect from February 20, 2026:

• quant Aggressive Hybrid Fund

• quant Business Cycle Fund

• quant Flexi Cap Fund

• quant Focused Fund

• quant Infrastructure Fund

• quant Large Cap Fund

• quant Manufacturing Fund

• quant Manufacturing Fund

• quant Gilt Fund

• quant Liquid Fund

• quant Overnight Fund

• quant Arbitrage Fund.

"Accordingly, the relevant sections of SID and KIM of the aforementioned Schemes and SAI of the quant Mutual Fund stands modified in accordance with the above. All other details of the SID and KIM of the Schemes will remain unchanged. This Notice cum addendum shall form an integral part of the SID, KIM of the forementioned Schemes and SAI of quant Mutual Fund as amended from time to time," the fund house said.
