PGIM India MF declares IDCW across equity savings, hybrid and arbitrage schemes; record date June 18

PGIM India Mutual Fund has announced income distribution across three of its schemes after approval from PGIM India Trustees, the Trustee to PGIM India Mutual Fund.

The Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal (IDCW) will be made under the Equity Savings Fund, Aggressive Hybrid Equity Fund, and Arbitrage Fund, with June 18, 2026, as the record date.

Under the PGIM India Equity Savings Fund, the scheme will distribute IDCW at a face value of ₹10 per unit. The payout has been fixed at ₹0.0629 per unit under the Regular Plan (Monthly IDCW option) and ₹0.0695 per unit under the Direct Plan (Monthly IDCW option). Investors holding units as of the record date will be eligible to receive the distribution as per applicable units held.
For the PGIM India Aggressive Hybrid Equity Fund, the IDCW has been declared at a higher rate compared to the equity savings category. The distribution stands at ₹0.1471 per unit under the Regular Plan (Monthly IDCW option) and ₹0.1663 per unit under the Direct Plan (Monthly IDCW option), on a face value of ₹10 per unit.
Meanwhile, the PGIM India Arbitrage Fund has also announced its monthly IDCW payout. The scheme will distribute ₹0.0454 per unit under the Regular Plan and ₹0.0463 per unit under the Direct Plan, also based on a face value of ₹10 per unit.

The mutual fund house noted that the IDCW will apply only to investors whose names appear in the unit holders’ register on the record date. Investors should also consider that IDCW payouts are subject to applicable taxation rules, and the NAV of the scheme will adjust accordingly after distribution.
