ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has opened fresh subscriptions into ICICI Prudential Smallcap Fund from today (January 23, 2026).
The ICICI Prudential AMC recently announced that all restrictions on investment amount per PAN have been withdrawn. The AMC will now accept transactions into the small-cap scheme through any of the following modes:
Fresh/additional purchases through lump sum
Switch into the scheme
Fresh registrations through Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) and/or Systematic Transfer Plan (STP)
"ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that ICICI Prudential Trust (the Trustee) has approved to resume subscriptions in the Scheme with effect from January 23, 2026 (the effective date). In this regard, it has further clarified that all the restrictions with respect to investment amount on PAN level basis stands withdrawn and the AMC shall accept the transaction through any of the modes such as fresh/Additional Purchases through Lump sum mode & Switch into the Scheme, fresh registrations through Systematic Investment Plan (‘SIP’) and/or Systematic Transfer Plan (‘STP’) etc from the effective date," the AMC said.
