ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (MF) has announced that the ICICI Prudential Trust, acting as the Trustee for ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, has approved income distributions under the Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal (IDCW) option for two of its schemes.

For the ICICI Prudential Equity-Arbitrage Fund, the record date for this distribution is set as February 2, 2026, or the immediately following Business Day if February 2 falls on a Non-Business Day. Investors holding units under both the regular IDCW and Direct Plan – IDCW options will receive an income distribution. The quantum of the IDCW will be ₹0.0500 per unit, calculated on a face value of ₹10 per unit.

Similarly, for the ICICI Prudential Multi-Asset Fund, the Trustee has approved IDCW distribution with the same record date of February 2, 2026, or the next Business Day if required. The distribution under this scheme is comparatively higher, with an IDCW of ₹0.1600 per unit on a face value of ₹10, applicable for both IDCW and Direct Plan – IDCW options.

IDCW distributions allow investors to receive periodic payouts from the income generated by the fund while also offering the flexibility to withdraw a portion of their invested capital.

ICICI Prudential Equity-Arbitrage Fund is a hybrid fund that primarily aims to generate steady returns with lower risk compared to pure equity funds. The fund invests in equity shares and derivative instruments to take advantage of price differences between the cash and derivatives market.
ICICI Prudential Multi-Asset Fund is a diversified hybrid fund designed to provide long-term capital growth with risk management. The fund invests across equity, debt, and arbitrage opportunities, allocating assets dynamically based on market conditions.
