ICICI Prudential MF announces March IDCW payouts and fund manager changes across key schemes

ICICI Prudential Equity & Debt Fund

The record date for the IDCW distribution is March 2, 2026, or the immediately following Business Day, if that day is a Non-Business Day for ICICI Prudential Equity & Debt Fund. The quantum of IDCW on the face value of ₹10 per unit will be ₹0.16 under Monthly IDCW and Direct Plan – Monthly IDCW.

Investors holding units under the Monthly IDCW option or Direct Plan – Monthly IDCW will be eligible for the distribution as per the record date mentioned.

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has issued an addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) and Key Information Memoranda (KIMs) of various schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund. Investors are requested to take note of these updates, which form an integral part of the SIDs/KIMs as amended from time to time.

Fund Manager Changes

• ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed investors of fund manager revisions effective March 2, 2026:

• ICICI Prudential Banking & Financial Services Fund: Roshan Chutkey replaced by Antariksha Banerjee

• ICICI Prudential Manufacturing Fund: Antariksha Banerjee replaced by Roshan Chutkey

• ICICI Prudential FMCG Fund: Priyanka Khandelwal replaced by Nitya Mishra

• ICICI Prudential ELSS Tax Saver Fund: Mittul Kalawadia replaced by Mittul Kalawadia & Priyanka Khandelwal

• ICICI Prudential Large Cap Fund: Sankaran Naren & Vaibhav Dusad replaced by Sankaran Naren, Vaibhav Dusad & Sharmila D’Silva (Sharmila D’Silva to manage the derivative segment)

All other provisions of the SIDs/KIMs of the above schemes remain unchanged.
