ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has issued an addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, along with the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) and Key Information Memoranda (KIMs) for various schemes under the Fund. This update reflects changes in the fund manager composition for selected schemes, effective from January 1, 2026.

For the ICICI Prudential Business Cycle Fund, the fund manager team is being revised. Previously managed by Anish Tawakley, Manish Banthia, and Manan Tijoriwala, the team will now include Divya Jain, bringing the revised lineup to Anish Tawakley, Manish Banthia, Manan Tijoriwala, and Divya Jain.

This change is intended to strengthen the fund management team and bring additional expertise to the scheme.

Similarly, for the ICICI Prudential Dynamic Asset Allocation Active FOF (formerly ICICI Prudential Asset Allocator (FOF)), the fund manager team will be updated. The earlier team, comprising Sankaran Naren, Dharmesh Kakkad, Manish Bhantia, and Ritesh Lunawat, will now be revised to include Sharmila D’silva, with Sankaran Naren no longer part of the team.

The updated fund managers for this scheme will therefore be Dharmesh Kakkad, Manish Bhantia, Ritesh Lunawat, and Sharmila D’silva.

All other provisions of the SAI, SIDs, KIMs, and previous addenda for the aforementioned schemes remain unchanged. This addendum serves as an official update and forms an integral part of the existing documentation, as amended from time to time.

ICICI Pru AMC informs about addendum to SID and KIM

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has issued an addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) and Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) of select schemes under ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.

The update relates to the following schemes:

  • ICICI Prudential Silver ETF Fund of Fund (Scheme Code: ICIC/O/O/FOD/21/12/0138)

  • ICICI Prudential Gold ETF (Scheme Code: ICIC/O/O/GET/10/04/0038)

  • ICICI Prudential Regular Gold Savings Fund (FOF) (Scheme Code: ICIC/O/O/FOD/11/08/0041)

These changes will take effect from the close of business on January 30, 2026

Securities and Exchange Board of India has communicated its no-objection for the change in the attributes of the Schemes vide its communication dated December 22, 2025.

This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SIDs/KIMs issued for the Schemes, read with the addendums issued from time to time.
