HDFC, SBI and Invesco mutual funds announce fund management changes

HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of HDFC Mutual Fund.

"HDFC Mutual Fund has informed that Roshi Jain, Senior Fund Manager - Equities has resigned from the services of HDFC AMC and accordingly, has ceased to be a Key Personnel of AMC with effect from close of business hours of December 31, 2025," the AMC said in an addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of HDFC Mutual Fund.

"Consequently, all references to Jain in the Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) stand deleted. All other contents of the SAI of the Fund will remain unchanged. This addendum shall form an integral part of the SAI of the Fund as amended from time to times," it added.

SBI Mutual Fund changes fund manager

Meanwhile, SBI Mutual Fund has also announced a change in fund managers of its ELSS and Dividend Yield schemes. The change is effective from January 1, 2026.

According to the SBI AMC, Milind Agarwal has replaced Dinesh Balachandran as the fund manager of SBI ELSS Tax Saver Fund.

Rohit Shimpi has become the new fund manager of SBI Dividend Yield Fund, replacing Nidhi Chawla.

"All other terms and conditions of the scheme remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the Scheme Information Documents/ Key Information Memorandums of the Scheme(s) of the Fund as amended from time to time," it added.

Fund manager change at Invesco Mutual Fund

The fund house has added one more manager to each scheme. Earlier, only Taher Badshah was the fund manager of Invesco India ESG Integration Strategy Fund. Now, Haresh Kapoor (Equity) has also joined as the fund manager of this scheme. Kapoor has also joined Hitesh Jain as the fund manager of Invesco India Financial Services Fund.
