HDFC Asset Management Company announced changes in its fixed income leadership team, effective March 7, 2026. Anil Bamboli, currently Senior Fund Manager, Fixed Income, has been redesignated as Head, Fixed Income. Anupam Joshi, who also serves as Senior Fund Manager, Fixed Income, has been redesignated as Co-Head, Fixed Income.

At the same time, Shobhit Mehrotra will cease to be Head, Fixed Income from March 7, 2026. He will take up a new role as Head, New Initiatives, Fixed Income at the AMC with effect from March 16, 2026. All references to Mehrotra in the SAI have been updated accordingly.

The fund house has also revised the fund managers for several schemes with effect from March 7, 2026. The fund management of HDFC Credit Risk Debt Fund will shift from Mehrotra to Praveen Jain and Bhavyesh Divecha. HDFC Floating Rate Debt Fund will now be managed by Bamboli instead of Mehrotra.

For the HDFC Hybrid Debt Fund, Joshi will handle debt assets in place of Mehrotra, while Srinivasan Ramamurthy will continue to manage equity assets. Joshi will also take over as fund manager of HDFC Income Fund and HDFC Long Duration Debt Fund from Mehrotra.

In HDFC Medium Term Debt Fund, the fund management team will now consist of Divecha, Jain and Bamboli, replacing the earlier team of Divecha and Mehrotra.

In the HDFC Retirement Savings Fund across Equity, Hybrid Debt and Hybrid Equity Plans, Joshi will manage the debt assets instead of Mehrotra. Arun Agrawal and Nandita Menezes will continue to manage arbitrage assets, while Ramamurthy will oversee equity investments. Dhruv Muchhal will remain the dedicated fund manager for overseas investments.

All other terms and conditions of the SIDs, KIMs and SAI remain unchanged. The addendum forms an integral part of the scheme documents as amended from time to time.
