HDFC Mutual Fund adds two members to investment team. See details

HDFC Mutual Fund has issued an addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) dated June 30, 2025, announcing the appointment of two key personnel at HDFC Asset Management Company (HDFC AMC).

The appointments of Aman Singhania and Aashita Jain are effective February 18, 2026. Their details have been inserted under the “Information on Key Personnel” section of the SAI. All other contents of the document remain unchanged.

Aman Singhania loins passive strategies team

Aman Singhania (41) has been appointed as a Member of the Investment Team – Passive Strategies.

He holds an MBA in Finance from N.L. Dalmia Institute and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) as well as a Financial Risk Manager (FRM). He brings 19 years of experience spanning index and product development, passive fund strategies, fund management, and investment risk analytics.

Aashita Jain appointed equity analyst

Aashita Jain (29) has been appointed as an equity analyst.

She is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has cleared Level III of the CFA Program from CFA Institute. Jain brings over seven years of experience in equity research.

Prior to joining HDFC AMC, she was associated with Nuvama Wealth Management as Vice President – Equity Research from September 24, 2018 to February 17, 2026.

The fund house clarified that this addendum forms an integral part of the SAI and will remain in effect as amended from time to time. Apart from the inclusion of the two appointments under key personnel, no other changes have been made to the SAI.
