Axis Bank credit cards: Full list of joining fees and annual charges before August 28 rule changes

SUMMARY
The Axis Bank's credit card portfolio spans over 50 variants, including no-fee entry-level cards to the Primus Credit Card, which carries a joining fee of ₹5,00,000 and an annual fee of ₹3,00,000 for cards issued after July 31, 2024.

As per the MITC document, the joining fee is levied after card activation and the anniversary year refers to the period of 12 months from the date of issuance of the card and every 12-month period thereafter.
The Axis Bank's credit card portfolio spans over 50 variants, including no-fee entry-level cards to the Primus Credit Card, which carries a joining fee of ₹5,00,000 and an annual fee of ₹3,00,000 for cards issued after July 31, 2024.
According to the bank, the MITC are subject to change and that they are "in addition to and are to be read along with the terms and conditions of the Cardholder Agreement".
The add-on card fee is nil across the entire portfolio, except for the Primus Credit Card, which includes one complimentary add-on card, with each subsequent add-on card (up to four) costing ₹25,000 for cards issued after July 31, 2024.
Axis Bank cards with nil joining and annual fees
Seven Axis Bank credit cards carry no joining or annual fee: Axis Bank Infinite, LIC Credit Cards, Kwik, FIBE Axis Bank, IKEA Family, Axis Bank SuperMoney RuPay, and Google Pay Flex Axis Bank Credit Cards.
The Pride Platinum and Pride Signature cards have nil joining fees, with annual fees of ₹250 and ₹500 respectively, both waivable on specified spend thresholds.
The Axis Bank Easy Gold cards for salaried and self-employed have a nil joining fee and an annual fee of ₹100.
Entry-level and mid-segment cards
At the lower end, the Neo Credit Card and Axis Bank Freecharge Credit Card each charge ₹250 for both joining and annual. The Titanium Credit Card has a joining fee of ₹250, waived on spends of ₹2,500 within 45 days, and an annual fee of ₹100, waived on ₹50,000. The My Choice Credit Card charges ₹250 for both, with an image card option at an additional ₹150.
The IndianOil Axis Bank, Flipkart Super Elite, My Zone, and Platinum cards all have joining fees of ₹500. The Platinum's annual fee is ₹200, waived on ₹1,00,000. The Buzz and Aura cards charge ₹750 and ₹749 respectively for both fees. The ACE Credit Card has a joining fee of ₹499, waived on ₹10,000 within 45 days, and an annual fee of ₹499, waived on ₹2,00,000.
The Freecharge Plus card charges ₹350 for both, with the annual fee waived on spends of ₹50,000. The Shoppers Stop card has ₹500 for both, waived on ₹1,00,000. The IndianOil Premium card charges ₹1,000 for both, waived on ₹30,000. The Rewards Credit Card also has ₹1,000 for both, waived on spending ₹2,00,000.
The My Wings card has a joining fee of ₹1,200 and an annual fee of ₹500. The Signature Credit Card with Travel Benefits charges ₹1,500 joining and ₹1,000 annual, waived on ₹2.4 lakhs The Cashback Credit Card charges ₹1,000 for both, waived on ₹4,00,000.
Co-branded cards
Axis Bank's co-branded lineup includes the Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card (₹500/₹500, waived on ₹3,50,000 spends), Airtel Axis Bank (₹500/₹500, waived on ₹2,00,000), Samsung Signature (₹500/₹500, waived on ₹2,00,000), and Samsung Infinite (₹5,000/₹5,000, waived on ₹7,00,000).
The SpiceJet Voyage costs ₹750 for both, and the Voyage Black ₹2,000. The IndiGo Axis Bank card charges ₹799 for both, and the IndiGo Premium ₹5,000. The Vistara series ranges from ₹1,500 (Vistara) to ₹3,000 (Vistara Signature) to ₹10,000 (Vistara Infinite). The Miles and More World card costs ₹3,500 for both, and the World Select has a joining fee of ₹10,000 and annual fee of ₹4,500.

Premium and ultra-premium cards
The Select Credit Card charges ₹3,000 for both, nil for Burgundy account holders, with the annual fee waived on ₹8 lakh. The Horizon card also charges ₹3,000, nil for Burgundy Savings account holders opened on or after July 1, 2026. The Atlas has ₹5,000 for both.
The Olympus card carries ₹20,000 for both. The Reserve charges ₹50,000 for both, waived on ₹35,00,000. The Magnus has ₹12,500 for both, nil for Burgundy Salary account holders, waived on ₹25,00,000. The Magnus for Burgundy charges ₹30,000 for both, waived on ₹30,00,000.
At the apex, the Primus has a joining fee of ₹5,00,000 and annual fee of ₹3,00,000. The Burgundy Private The One Card charges ₹1,00,000 for both, but is "extended on a complimentary basis to clients maintaining a Total Relationship Value of INR 5 crore or above in the month preceding the fee levy".
The MITC also notes that for Select, Reserve, Magnus, and Magnus for Burgundy cards, "spends threshold for Annual Fee reversal will exclude transactions identified through merchant category codes" including rent, wallet, utilities, government institutions, EMI conversions, cash withdrawals, insurance, gold, and fuel.
