Air India flight ticket discount with HDFC Bank credit card: How to get, last date and conditions

The festive season is here, and so is the travel rush, which almost always results in exorbitant ticket prices. Before airline tickets get even more expensive in the coming days, HDFC Bank and Air India have launched a limited-time offer that can make your Diwali travel planning easier.

HDFC Bank credit card has rolled out a limited-period air ticket discount offer providing instant discounts on both domestic and international flight bookings made through the Air India website or the mobile app.

How to avail the offer?

To avail the offer, customers can use a promo code, ‘HDFCFLY’, while booking their tickets. For HDFC Bank credit cardholders, there will be an instant discount of flat ₹400 per domestic flight booking, and discounts of up to ₹6,000 off on international flights. The discounts will depend on the type of trip, cabin class, fare and destination.

The offer will be applicable in both INR and non-INR currencies, which means that customers outside India can also avail of the offer.

Key conditions to avail the discount offer

• The offer will not be valid for EMI transactions.

• It will be valid on transactions made in both Indian and other currencies.

• This offer will not be valid on bookings with infants (children over seven days but under two years on the travel date).

• A customer can avail the offer only once a month for either a domestic or an international ticket.

• The instant discount is applicable only on a single transaction. Multiple bookings cannot be clubbed to avail the instant discount offer.

• The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.

• The offer is available only on tickets booked between October 1 and October 18.
