In a first, the 8th Central Pay Commission (CPC) has set up an online platform where all stakeholders, including central government employees, pensioners, and their representative organisations, can submit their suggestions and feedback related to pay and perks as memorandums. These memorandums can be submitted by April 30, 2026.

The online platform for memorandum submission provides a first-of-its-kind opportunity to individual employees and pensioners to submit their own suggestions and feedback. You can submit your memorandum through the official 8th Pay Commission website.

  • Click on the link given on the “8CPC Memorandum Submission” page to submit your memorandum. This will take you to an external page, where you need to log in with your mobile or email to submit your suggestions.

Here’s a look at the topics on which you can submit your recommendations to the 8th CPC:
