8th Pay Commission memorandum: Level in Pay Matrix to annual increment, here's what you can submit

The online platform for memorandum submission provides a first-of-its-kind opportunity to individual employees and pensioners to submit their own suggestions and feedback. You can submit your memorandum through the official 8th Pay Commission website.

• Click on "Memorandum Submission"
• Click on the link given on the “8CPC Memorandum Submission” page to submit your memorandum. This will take you to an external page, where you need to log in with your mobile or email to submit your suggestions.
