Silver price mirroring weak sentiment in gold fell today (June 30, 2026). In the retail market, price declined by ₹5,000 to ₹2.35 lakh per kg.

Over the last ten days, silver price has traded in the range of ₹2.35 lakh to ₹2.5 lakh per kg.

Factors influencing silver rate today

After falling sharply by over 1% in the early morning deals on the MCX, silver July futures were a tad down by 0.05% or ₹100 at ₹2,19,306 per kg. The day's low and high prices were ₹2,17,333 and ₹2,20,030.

Defying sentiment, US silver futures continued to trade lower and were down by 1.18% at $57.9 per ounce.

Further price movement in silver will be determined based on the upcoming data points in the US including, non-farm payrolls, and unemployment print that will offer fresh cues on the Federal Reserve's monetary policy direction.

Analysts expect silver prices to remain under pressure amid renewed US-Iran tensions and volatility in crude oil price.
