The NIFTY50 continued its march ahead on Wednesday despite volatility. The traded above 25,000 for a brief period of time but later gave up early gains to trade close below 25,000 at the end of the session. President Trump’s social media post on the ongoing negotiations for trade tariffs. The US markets are making new record highs daily as they expect the Federal Reserve to cut interest rates more than once in the remaining 2025.

Nifty50_2025-09-11_07-32-53.png On the technical side, the NIFTY50 gave a breakout above the swing high trendline of lower highs made in the recent few months. However, the index formed a doji candlestick pattern, indicating a neutral stance for the index on Thursday.

The options data also indicates a neutral stance for indices' direction, as the open interest for the coming expiry indicates the highest open interest on 25,000 calls and puts.
