Sobha shares in focus with over ₹2000 crore sales in Q1FY26; check details

Sobha Ltd clocked multifold growth in Q4FY25 net profit at ₹40 crore..

Shares of Sobha Ltd will remain in focus on Tuesday morning after the company reported strong business updates for Q1FY26. Sobha’s share price closed 0.51% lower at ₹1,512 apiece on the NSE on Monday.

Sobha Ltd, one of the country’s leading real estate developers from South India, reported robust business growth for Q1FY26 with the highest ever sales for the quarter. The overall sales for the quarter stood at ₹2,078 crore as against ₹1,873 crore in the previous year’s similar quarter. The company also achieved a new milestone by crossing ₹2,000 crore sales mark in a single quarter.

This performance was led by the launch of SOBHA Aurum in Greater Noida, which witnessed strong demand in the launch week, underscoring the market’s response to high-quality positioning in a strategic location. Total sales for the quarter were supported by 1.44 mn square feet of new sales area across SOBHA’s operational markets at an average realisation of ₹14,395 per square feet.

Apart from the Noida project, Bangalore maintained a stable contribution of ₹602.4 crore. Followed by Bangalore and Noida, Gurgaon, Kochi, Tamil Nadu, and GIFT City also reported strong sales growth.SOBHA’s real estate footprint has now increased to 13 cities across India.

In Q4FY25, the company reported strong growth of 62% YoY to ₹1,240 crore as compared to ₹762 crore in the previous year’s similar quarter. The EBITDA for the quarter also jumped 51% YoY to ₹94 crore as against ₹62 crore in the previous year’s similar quarter. Lastly, the net profit for the quarter jumped multifold to ₹40 crore as compared to ₹7 crore in the Q4FY24.
