The Board of Directors of Jio Financial Services recommended a dividend of ₹0.60 per share of ₹10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The record date is fixed as August 10.
The dividend, if declared at the annual general meeting on August 26, will be paid within seven days of the AGM, the company had said in an exchange filing.
CMPDI has set August 10 as the record date for ascertaining the entitlement of members for the final dividend of ₹1.06 per share for FY26. "If the Final Dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, is approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, payment of such dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be made," it said.
Indus Towers has declared a dividend of ₹14 per share, with a face value of ₹10 each, fully paid up for the year ended March 2026. The record date is August 10.

The Indian equity benchmark indices ended the week of August 7 in the green, extending their winning streak for the second consecutive week, led by gains in PSU banks following the Reserve Bank of India’s bi-monthly meet and easing geopolitical tensions.
During the week, the NIFTY50 rose 187.05 points, or 0.8%, while the BSE SENSEX climbed 404.53 points, or 0.5%.
The broader markets performed in line with the benchmark equity indices, with the NIFTY Midcap 100 gaining 0.9% while the NIFTY Smallcap 100 outperformed, rising 2.7%.
Among sectors, the NIFTY PSU Bank index emerged as the biggest contributor, rising 5%, followed by NIFTY India Defence, which gained 4.3%. NIFTY Metal and NIFTY Auto also surged 3.7% and 3.1%, respectively, while the NIFTY IT index ended the week 2.7% higher.
