Q1 earnings scorecard: Four NIFTY500 companies double revenue in April-June quarter

The Indian companies which have reported their first quarter earnings so far have either surpassed or met street estimates, analysts noted. As per data compiled by Ace Equity there are four companies in the NIFTY500 index that have reported an annual revenue growth of over 100% in April-June period.

360 One Wam, Godfrey Phillips, HFCL and Netweb Technologies are the four companies in the NIFTY500 index that have reported an annual revenue growth exceeding 100%.

Here are details of their Q1 earnings:

HFCL

The country's leading telecom infrastructure services provider reported an annual net profit growth of 104% to ₹1,608 crore in the first quarter compared with ₹789 crore in the same period last year.

Its net profit during the quarter came in at ₹179 crore compared with a loss of ₹42 crore in the year-ago period.

Last month, HFCL said that it was awarded a contract worth ₹2,666.09 crore by Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL).

The scope of the contract included supply of telecom equipment and related accessories with installation and commissioning, creation of optical fiber cable telecom network and maintenance of the project for a period of 10 years, including a 1-year warranty period.

360 One Wam

The country's leading financial services firm, formerly known as IIFL Wealth, reported revenue of ₹71 crore in the first quarter, up 213% from ₹23 crore in the same period last year.

Its new profit, however, declined 26% to ₹83 crore from ₹112 crore.

The company's asset under management (AUM) stood at ₹7,76,755 crore, consisting of ARR AUM of ₹3,42,035 crore and transactional/brokerage AUM of ₹4,34,719 crore.

Godfrey Phillips

The country's leading cigarette maker's revenue from operations in the first quarter jumped by 111% to ₹3,815 crore compared with ₹1,807 crore in the corresponding period of 2025.

Its net profit, however, dropped 52% to ₹177 crore from ₹365 crore a year earlier.

Godfrey Phillips reported a weak operational performance as its earnings before interests, taxed, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) dropped 46% to ₹175 crore and EBITDA margin contracted by 13.6 percentage points to 4.58%.

Netweb Technologies

The country's leading information technology company's revenue from operations in April-June period rose 172% to ₹820 crore from ₹301 crore in the year-ago period.

Netweb's net profit in the first quarter surged by 2.8 times to ₹85 crore as against ₹30 crore in the corresponding period of 2025.

At the end of the first quarter, the company had an order book of ₹2,506.9 crore.

The company said that income from AI systems rose by 484.20% annually and its contribution to the company's operating revenue increased to 62.29%.
