Prestige Estate launches luxury residential project in Whitefield, Bangalore; revenue potential pegged at ₹1,100 crore

The company announced the launch of Prestige Pine Forest, a luxury residential project in Whitefield. Prestige stated that the project is located in a prime location and offers great connectivity. Further, the project is located in proximity to IT parks in Whitefield, ITPL, Outer Ring Road, and Sarjapur Road. The company also reported that over 50 educational institutions are located a short drive away.

The project contains 4 towers with a total of 316 units. The development is spread across 9 acres of land with each tower having various amenities including a conference room, workstations, pet parks, fitness trails, and more. The project offers a wide range of residences from 2,442 square feet to 3,556 square feet. The residences are in 3 and 4-bedroom configurations with each residence having four balconies.

Praveer Shrivastavam, senior executive vice president-residential at Prestige Group, said, the project is in line with the company’s commitment to deliver luxury and comfort. The project is located in a sought-after locality and offers residents various amenities.

Prestige Group recently launched Prestige Raintree Park in Whitefield. The project has a revenue potential of ₹5,000 crore and is located opposite Varthur Lake. The project will have 18 towers with 1,520 units. The project is spread across 21 acres and will offer 3- and 4-bedroom units.

Shares of the company have risen by nearly 54% since the beginning of the year. The stock has gained over 202% in the past year.
