The partnership expansion is aimed at advancing AI security and resilience by integrating CrowdStrike Falcon® Guardian with HCLTech’s AI Security and Resilience services.

HCLTech said in a regulatory filing that it will work with CrowdStrike to combine Falcon Guardian with the Indian IT services firm’s cybersecurity advisory, AI governance, implementation and managed services delivered through its Cybersecurity Fusion Centers.

The combined services will help enterprises secure AI applications, models, agents, identities and data, while improving visibility into emerging risks.

“The next generation of enterprise security will require organizations to address both sides of the AI risk equation, defending against AI-powered threats while securing the AI systems they deploy,” said Amit Jain, EVP and Global Head of Cybersecurity at HCLTech.

“By bringing together our complementary strengths in cybersecurity innovation and enterprise resilience, CrowdStrike and HCLTech are helping organizations scale AI securely and responsibly while driving greater operational resilience and business confidence,” Jain said.

Building on the Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) services launched in March 2026, HCLTech said this expanded partnership will bring AI security deeper into enterprise security operations.

It also combines Falcon Guardian’s AI detection and response (AIDR) capabilities with HCLTech's TRiBe framework for AI trust, risk governance and resilience, and VERITY Frontier AI Resilience, a cybersecurity operating model that continuously identifies, validates and mitigates exploitable cyber exposure across hybrid environments.

“AI is becoming a new enterprise attack surface, and securing it requires visibility and protection everywhere AI operates,” said Daniel Bernard, Chief Business Officer, CrowdStrike.

“CrowdStrike pioneered AI Detection and Response to secure the full AI attack surface. Together with HCLTech’s global cybersecurity expertise and services, we’re bringing these capabilities to more enterprises as they operationalize AI at scale,” Bernard added.

The NIFTY IT index jumped 5% to 30,390.70 levels, with all 10 constituents trading in the green.
