Cordelia Cruises operator Waterways Leisure Tourism is all set to open its ₹585 crore initial public offering for subscription on June 23. The issue will conclude on June 25. The price band has been set at ₹769 to ₹808 per share.

The initial share sale is solely a fresh issuance of shares, with no offer for sale (OFS) component.

The funds raised to the tune of ₹480 crore will be used to make lease payments to the step-down subsidiary, Baycruise Shipping and Leasing (IFSC) Pvt Ltd. A portion will also be used for general corporate purposes.

"Our company expects to receive the benefits of listing its equity shares on the stock exchanges, including enhancing its visibility and brand image among our existing and potential customers and creating a public market for our equity shares," the company said in its red herring prospectus.

Waterways Leisure Tourism IPO: Lot size

A lot consists of 18 shares and multiples thereof. The company has reserved 75% of the net offer for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), 15% for non-institutional investors (NIIs), and 10% for retail investors.

Waterways Leisure Tourism is a domestic ocean cruise operator in India, providing luxurious and inherent Indian experiences. It operates a cruise vessel, the 'MV Empress', and since launch, over 7.30 lakh guests have sailed on the cruise vessel, covering more than 3.21 lakh nautical miles along the Indian coastline and surrounding islands as of March 2026.

Its cruise vessel primarily sails to domestic locations like Mumbai, Kochi, Goa, Lakshadeep, Chennai, Puducherry and Visakhapatnam. It also offers international itineraries to Sri Lanka, Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia.

'MV Empress' offers an array of cabin options, including one chairman's suite, dive suites, 63 mini suites, 416 ocean-view staterooms and 311 interior rooms.

Centrum Broking Ltd is the issue's book-running lead manager, while MUFG Intime India is the registrar.

The company's shares will be listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE.
