VMS TMT IPO allotment status was finalised on Monday, September 22, 2025, after the issue received a massive response from all investor categories during the bidding window.

The ₹148.50 crore initial public offering was subscribed 102.26 times, securing bids for 1,25,78,39,250 shares compared to 1,23,00,000 shares on offer, according to consolidated data available on the NSE website.

The part reserved for non-institutional investors (NIIs) attracted 227.09 times subscription. The qualified institutional buyers (QIB) category got a 120.80 times subscription, and the retail investors' portion received a 47.88 times subscription.

The company's initial share sale was entirely a fresh issue of around 1.50 crore equity shares. The price band was set at ₹94-₹99 per share, and a lot consisted of 150 shares.

Of the fresh issue, ₹115 crore will be allocated for repayment of debt, and the rest for general corporate purposes and issue expenses.

VMS TMT Ltd manufactures thermo-mechanically treated bars (TMT Bars). It also deals in scrap and binding wires.
