Upcoming IPOs this week: Seven initial public offerings, including two mainboard issues of Crizac and Travel Food Services, will open for subscription in the week starting June 30.

The SME offers include Silky Overseas, Pushpa Jewellers, Cedaar Textile, Vandan Foods, and Marc Loire Fashions.

Let's take a look at mainboard IPOs opening this week.

Crizac IPO

Student recruitment solution provider Crizac's ₹860 crore initial public offering is exclusively an offer for sale by promoters Manish Agarwal and Pinky Agarwal. There is no fresh issue component. The issue will be live from July 2 to July 4.

Pinky Agarwal is offloading shares worth ₹723 crore under the offer for sale (OFS) component, while Manish Agarwal will sell shares valued at ₹137 crore.

The price band has been set at ₹233 to ₹245 per equity share, and a lot consists of 61 shares.

The Kolkata-based company is a B2B education platform for agents and global institutions, providing international student recruitment solutions to global institutions of higher education in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and New Zealand.

Over the last three years, Crizac has processed over 7.11 lakh student applications and collaborated with more than 173 global institutions.

Equirus Capital and Anand Rathi Advisors are the public offer's book-running lead managers, while MUFG Intime India is the registrar.

Shares of Crizac Ltd are expected to be listed on the NSE and BSE.

Travel Food Services IPO

The initial public offer of Travel Food Services will open for subscription on July 3, and conclude on July 7. It is solely an offer for sale of shares valued at ₹2,000 crore by promoter shareholder Kapur Family Trust. The company has not announced the price band yet.

Since it is completely an OFS, the firm will not get any IPO proceeds. The funds generated will go to the Kapur Family Trust.

The book-running managers are Kotak Mahindra Capital Company, ICICI Securities, HSBC Securities & Capital Markets and Batlivala & Karani Securities India Pvt Ltd. MUFG Intime India is the registrar for the issue.

Travel Food Services is among key players in the Indian airport quick service restaurant (travel QSR) and lounge sectors. Its food & beverages portfolio comprises 117 partner and in-house brands in the operation of 397 travel QSRs across India and Malaysia.
