Upcoming IPO: Leading real estate developer Prestige Group is planning to launch a ₹4,000 crore initial public offering of its hotels business, Moneycontrol reported, citing sources.

According to the report, the Bengaluru-based company has given a nod to the initial public offering plan.

The IPO will be a combination of fresh issuance as well as an offer for sale (OFS) component. The money raised will likely be used to develop new properties and clear debt.

The company is expected to file preliminary IPO papers in the next few weeks, Moneycontrol reported.

Prestige Group's hospitality segment includes hotels and resorts such as The Artiste Kochi, Sheraton Grand, Twenty Four Hotel, Angsana Oasis Spa & Resort, Conrad Bengaluru, JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire, Moxi, Mulberry Shades, and Golfshire Club, among others.

Upcoming IPOs

While no mainboard offer has launched since February 14, the primary market outlook for 2025 looks promising.

Tata Group's financial services unit, Tata Capital, has filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with market regulator SEBI for a $2 billion IPO via a confidential filing route.

In a stock exchange filing, Tata Capital said, "The company has filed the Pre-filed Draft Red Herring Prospectus dated April 4, 2025, under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, with SEBI, BSE, and NSE in connection with its Initial Public Offering of equity shares of face value of ₹10 each."

LG Electronics India has received SEBI's thumbs up to launch a ₹15,000 crore issue.

Ather Energy is also looking to launch a public offer soon. According to media reports, the electric two-wheeler maker has trimmed its IPO size to the range of ₹2,900 crore and ₹3,200 crore from ₹3,500 crore to ₹3,700 crore earlier.
