In the week starting Monday, September 9, as many as 14 IPOs are scheduled to open for subscription, and the shares of nine companies are likely to be listed on their respective exchanges. Here’s a look at all the IPO-related action likely to happen this week.
Kross IPO is worth ₹500 crore and consists of a fresh issue of 1.04 crore shares aggregating to ₹250 crore along with an offer-for-sale (OFS)of 1.04 crore shares aggregating to ₹250 crore. The price band for Kross IPO has been fixed at ₹228 to ₹240 per share. Retail investors can bid for a minimum lot size of 62 shares, aggregating to an investment of ₹14,880.
The share allotment status of Kross IPO will be finalised on Thursday, September 12. Shares of Kross Ltd will list on the BSE and NSE. The tentative listing date has been fixed as September 16.
Tolins Tyres IPO price band was fixed at ₹215 to ₹226 per share. Retail investors can apply for the public issue by placing bids for a minimum lot size of 66 shares, aggregating to an investment of ₹14,916.
The share allotment status of Tolins Tyres IPO is likely to be finalised on September 12. Shares of the company will list on the BSE and NSE. The tentative listing date is Monday, September 16.
Bajaj Housing Finance aims to raise ₹6,560 crore through its IPO. The book-built issue is a combination of a fresh issuance of 50.86 crore shares aimed at raising ₹3,560 crore along with an OFS portion of 42.86 crore shares, aggregating to ₹3,000 crore.
The price band for Bajaj Housing Finance IPO has been fixed at ₹66 to ₹70 per share. Retail investors interested in applying for the IPO can bid for a minimum lot size of 214 shares, which aggregates to an investment of ₹14,980.
The share allotment status of Bajaj Housing Finance IPO is likely to be finalised on September 12. Shares of Bajaj Housing Finance will be listed on the BSE and NSE. The tentative IPO listing date is September 16.
PN Gadgil Jewellers IPO will open for subscription on Tuesday, September 10 and close on Thursday, September 12.
The ₹1,100-crore mainboard issue consists of a fresh issue of 1.77 crore shares aimed at raising ₹850 crore along with an OFS component of 52 lakh shares worth₹250 crore.
The IPO allotment status will likely be finalised on Friday, September 13. Shares of PN Gadgil Jewellers will be listed on the BSE and NSE. The tentative listing date has been fixed as September 17.
The ₹400 crore book-built issue of Western Carriers (India) will open for subscription from September 13 to September 18. The company is yet to announce the price band for the IPO. Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Ltd and JM Financial Limited are the book-running lead managers of the issue, while Link Intime India Private Ltd is the registrar.
As many as nine small and medium enterprises will launch their public offers this week.
Share Samadhan IPO subscription window will remain open from September 9 to September 11. The company plans to raise ₹24.06 crore via its public issue. Share Samadhan IPO consists of a fresh issue of 32.51 lakh shares.
Shubhshree Biofuels Energy IPO will remain open for subscription from September 9 to September 11. Shubhshree Biofuels Energy aims to raise ₹16.56 crore via a fresh issue of 13.92 lakh shares.
Aditya Ultra Steel IPO subscription window will remain open from September 9 to September 11. Aditya Ultra Steel IPO is worth ₹45.88 crore. The NSE SME issue consists of a completely fresh issue of 74 lakh shares.
SPP Polymer IPO will remain open for subscription from September 10 to September 12. The company plans to raise ₹24.49 crore via its public issue, through a fresh issue of 41.5 lakh shares.
Innomet Advanced Materials IPO subscription window will remain open from September 11 to September 13. Innomet Advanced Materials aims to raise ₹34.24 crore through a fresh issue of 34.24 lakh shares.
Excellent Wires and Packaging IPO subscription window will remain open from September 11 to September 13. The ₹12.6-crore NSE SME IPO consists of an entirely fresh issue of 14 lakh shares.
The NSE SME issue of Gajanand International Limited will open on September 9. The public issue is worth ₹20.65 crore.
Trafiksol ITS Technologies IPO, which will open on September 10, aims to raise ₹44.87 crore via IPO.
The ₹30.24 crore SME issue will be live from September 13 to September 17.
Shares of Naturewings Holidays are tentatively scheduled to make a debut on the BSE SME platform on September 10.
Mach Conferences and Events shares and Namo eWaste Management’s shares are likely to list on the BSE SME platform and NSE SME platform, respectively, on September 11.
Shree Tirupati Balajee Agro Trading Company shares will be listed on the BSE and NSE. The tentative listing date for the shares is September 12. On the same day, shares of My Mudra Fincorp are likely to make their D-street debut on the NSE SME platform.
Vision Infra Equipment Solutions shares will be listed on the NSE SME platform with the tentative listing date fixed as September 13.
Food delivery major Swiggy is expected to launch its IPO soon. The company is targeting a valuation of around $15 billion for its upcoming stock market offering to raise $1-1.2 billion, according to reports. Among other companies likely to tap the primary market, the IPOs of Western Carriers (India) Limited and Archit Nuwood will also likely open for subscription later this month.
