The ₹712.31 crore is solely an offer for sale (OFS) of 2.63 crore shares by promoters Harish Narshi Dharamshi and Kusum Harish Dharamshi.

Since there is no fresh issue component, the company will not get any proceeds from the issue. The money raised will go to selling shareholders.

"Our company expects that listing of the equity shares will enhance our visibility and brand image and provide liquidity and a public market for the equity shares in India," the firm said in its red herring prospectus.

HD Fire Protect makes and supplies fire protection equipment and systems, including water, foam, and gas-based fire suppression systems.

Anand Rathi Advisors, IIFL Capital Services and Ambit are the issue's book-running lead managers, while MUFG Intime India is the registrar.

Fusion CX IPO

Fusion CX IPO, which is open from October 14 to October 16, is looking to raise ₹702 crore via a mix of new equity shares worth ₹500 crore and an OFS component of ₹202 crore by promoters Rasish Consultants and PNS Business.

The funds will be utilised for repayment of certain outstanding borrowings, investment in step-down subsidiaries to upgrade IT tools, pursue inorganic growth through unidentified acquisitions and corporate general purposes.

"Our company expects to receive benefits of listing of the equity shares on the Stock Exchanges, including to enhance our visibility and our brand image among our existing and potential customers and creation of a public market for the Equity Shares in India," the firm said.

With a price band of ₹275 to ₹289 per share, a lot consists of 51 shares.

With a price band of ₹665 to ₹700 per share, a lot consists of 21 shares.

Funds raised will be used for debt clearance of the company and its subsidiaries, funding inorganic growth through unidentified acquisitions and general corporate purposes.

Sahajanand Medical Technologies IPO

The ₹475.48 crore initial public offering of minimally invasive cardiovascular devices manufacturer Medical Technologies will hit the primary market on October 15. The issue, with a price band of ₹327-₹344 per share, will end on October 19.

The IPO is exclusively an OFS of ₹475.48 crore by promoters Shree Hari Trust and Dhirajkumar Savjibhai Vasoya and investors Samara Capital Markets Holding, Kotak Pre-IPO Opportunities and NHPEA Sparkle Holding BV.
