Trafiksol ITS Technologies IPO shares listing postponed on BSE SME; here's why

In a post on X, BSE said, "The listing of equity shares of Trafiksol ITS Technologies Limited for September 17, 2024, has been postponed till certain queries that have been raised are resolved by the issuer. Market participants are requested to please make note."

During the three-day bidding period from September 10 to September 12, Trafiksol ITS Technologies IPO was subscribed 345.65 times.

The portion for qualified institutional buyers was subscribed 129.22 times, while non-institutional investors quota received 699.40 times the subscription. The part reserved for retail investors was subscribed 317.66 times.

The initial share sale, which had set a price band of ₹66 to ₹70 per share, was solely a fresh issuance of 64.1 lakh equity shares worth ₹44.87 crore.
