IPO details: The initial public offering (IPO) of Technocraft Ventures continued to see good demand on the second day of subscription with a total booking of 4.73 times on Monday, August 10.

Until 5 PM, the initial share sale of the infrastructure firm had received bids for 3,93,45,600 shares as compared to 83,17,190 shares on offer, as per exchange data.

The non-institutional investor (NII) category was subscribed 6.47 times, while the retail individual investor (RII) segment saw 4.12 times subscription. However, the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) portion was booked 4.5 times.

The issue with a price band of ₹200 to ₹212 per share will conclude on August 11.

The ₹251.88 crore IPO comprises a fresh issuance of up to 95.05 lakh shares worth ₹201.51 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) component of up to 23.76 lakh shares worth ₹50.37 crore by promoter Kartikey Constructions.

Of the fresh issue proceeds, ₹150 crore will be used to fund the company's working capital requirements, while the remaining amount will be utilised for general corporate purposes and offer-related expenses.

Technocraft Ventures IPO lot size

A lot consists of 70 shares and in multiples thereafter.

Prior to the IPO, the company collected ₹75.55 crore from anchor investors. The Noida-headquartered firm allotted 35.63 lakh shares to anchor investors at ₹212 apiece, the upper end of the IPO price band.

Anchor investors are LRSD Securities Private Limited, Nakshatra Bharat Vantage Fund, Vikasa India EIF 1 Fund, and Venus Investments VCC.

As of July 15, 2026, the company's order book stood at ₹1,320.73 crore, comprising 19 projects.

Technocraft Ventures' revenue from operations rose to ₹344.99 crore in FY26 from ₹279.56 crore in the preceding financial year, while its profit after tax increased to ₹43.32 crore from ₹28.20 crore.

Incorporated in 1998, Technocraft Ventures is an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company engaged in public infrastructure projects.

Its operations span water and wastewater infrastructure, roads and highways, electrical transmission, urban infrastructure, and operation and maintenance of public utilities.

The company primarily executes projects for state governments and government agencies across Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan and Delhi and has expanded its presence to Madhya Pradesh, Bihar and Odisha.
