Symbiotec Pharmalab IPO allotment status is expected to be finalised on Friday, August 28. The bid finalisation details will be available on the websites of the registrar, MUFG Intime India, the National Stock Exchange and the BSE.

The initial public offering was subscribed 71.26 times. It received bids for 93,52,49,700 shares compared to 1,31,24,929 shares on offer, as per the NSE data.

The initial share sale sought to raise ₹1,757 crore via fresh issuance of shares totalling ₹150 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹1,607 crore.

Under the OFS, promoter Satwani Holdings LLP and investors India Business Excellence Fund – III and Rosewood Investments divested their stake.

The net proceeds from the issue will be used for repayment of certain borrowings and corporate general purposes.

Symbiotec Pharmalab, incorporated in 2002, is a pharmaceutical and biotechnology company that develops and makes active pharmaceutical ingredients, nutritional ingredients, and speciality products.
