The ₹160.88 crore initial share sale was a fresh issue aggregating up to ₹128.50 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) component of up to 17,50,000 equity shares worth ₹32.38 crore by promoters and existing shareholders.

The money generated will be used for funding incremental working capital needs and general corporate purposes.
