The basis of allotment for Sunshine Pictures, a production company, is expected to be finalised on Friday, August 21. The bid finalisation details will be available on the websites of the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the BSE and Bigshare Services.

The initial public offering was subscribed 105.81 times, as it secured bids for 58,04,90,382 shares compared to 54,86,051 shares on offer, according to the NSE data.

The ₹282.14 crore initial share sale was a combination of fresh issuance of shares totalling ₹172.80 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) component of ₹109.34 crore by promoters Shefali Vipul Shah and Vipul Amrutlal Shah.

The money raised will be utilised for working capital needs and general corporate purposes. In its red herring prospectus, the company said, "We expect to achieve the benefit of listing of our equity shares on the stock exchanges and enhancement of our company's visibility and brand image and creation of a public market for our equity shares in India."

With a price band of ₹342 to ₹360 per share, a lot consisted of 41 shares.
