SBI Funds Management IPO Listing Date: Shares of SBI Mutual Fund manager SBI Funds Management Ltd will debut on the stock exchanges on Tuesday, July 21. The ₹9,812.91 crore initial public offering was subscribed nearly 42 times. The SBI Funds Management IPO allotment status was finalised on Saturday, July 18.

SBI Mutual Fund IPO: Subscription details

The initial share sale was subscribed 41.66 times, as investors applied for 5,18,95,47,480 equity shares compared to 12,45,63,536 shares on offer, as per the NSE data.

Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) led the bidding, as their quota was subscribed 140.11 times. They bid for 4,33,32,71,956 shares as against 3,09,28,731 shares on offer.

The non-institutional investors' (NIIs) portion was subscribed 22.51 times, as they submitted applications for 52,21,84,416 shares compared to 2,31,96,549 shares on offer.

The retail individual investors placed bids for 19,46,77,574 shares against 5,41,25,280 shares reserved, reflecting a subscription of 3.60 times.

SBI Funds Management IPO objectives

The issue was an offer for sale (OFS) of 17.10 crore shares totalling ₹9,812.91 crore by promoters State Bank of India and Amundi India Holding, with no fresh issuance of shares.

As there is no fresh issue component, the company will not receive any funds from the issue, and the money generated will go to the selling promoters.

"Our company expects that listing of the equity shares will enhance our visibility and brand image as well as provide a public market for the equity shares in India," the firm said in its red herring prospectus (RHP).

SBI Mutual Fund IPO: Share credit, refund and listing date

Investors who have received the SBI Funds Management IPO allotment can expect equity shares to be credited to their Demat account on Monday, July 20. Refunds for non-allottees will be initiated on the same day.

The SBI Mutual Fund IPO share listing on the stock exchanges – the BSE and the NSE – will occur on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 10 am.
