Rays of Belief IPO allotment status is likely to be finalised on Friday, September 4. Investors who have applied for the IPO can check bid finalisation details on the websites of the NSE, the BSE and KFin Technologies.

The initial share sale was subscribed a whopping 107.71 times due to strong demand from non-institutional and retail investors.

The IPO secured bids for 33,79,79,918 shares compared to 31,37,810 shares on offer, according to the data on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) website.

The part reserved for non-institutional investors was subscribed 279.11 times, while the retail individual investor portion received 195.87 times subscription. The category for qualified institutional buyers was subscribed 9.06 times.

The ₹125 crore IPO comprised exclusively a fresh issuance of 52.30 lakh shares. There was no offer for the sale component.

The funds raised will be used for the following objectives:

  • Fund capital expenditure towards setting up new centres on leased premises
  • Lease payments of existing centres in India
  • Investment in subsidiary, Mom’s Belief US Inc, for making lease/license payments for existing centres in the United States
  • Expenditure for brand awareness and inclusive outreach programmes
  • Funding inorganic growth via unidentified acquisition and corporate general purposes

Rays of Belief Ltd is a for-profit social enterprise engaged in offering personalised intervention plans for children with neurodevelopmental disorders like Down Syndrome, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, intellectual disability, learning disabilities, cerebral palsy, and global developmental delays.
