PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery IPO was fully subscribed on the final day of bidding on Thursday, February 26. It has attracted bids for 59,93,408 shares compared to 57,06,235 shares on offer, according to NSE data until 1:08 pm.

Qualified institutional buyers have subscribed their part 1.00 times, while the non-institutional investors' quota received 1.19 times subscription. The category for retail individual investors mobilised 94% subscription.

The Pune-based company's initial share sale, with a price band of ₹367 to ₹386 per share, is solely a fresh issuance of equity shares valued at ₹380 crore with no offer for sale component.

The money generated will be used to open 15 new stores by fiscal year 2028, marketing and promotional expenses to launch these new stores and general corporate purposes.

PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery, a retail jewellery brand, primarily focuses on the sale of diamond and studded jewellery under the 'Reva' brand name.

It sells diamond and platinum jewellery at various price points, with jewellery pieces starting at ₹20,000. Its product portfolio covers rings, earrings, pendants, nose pins, bracelets, bangles, necklaces, mangalsutras and chains.

The PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery IPO allotment is likely to be finalised on Friday, February 27. The listing on the stock exchanges will occur on Wednesday, March 4.
