NSDL IPO: The much-awaited National Securities Depository Ltd (NSDL) IPO will open for public subscription on July 30. The issue will conclude on August 1. The company has not announced the price band yet.

The bidding for anchor investors will take place on July 29.

The initial share sale is completely an offer for sale (OFS) of 5.01 crore equity shares. There is no fresh issuance component.

Under the OFS, IDBI Bank, the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), the Union Bank of India, State Bank of India, HDFC Bank and Administrator of the Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India will offload their stake.

NSDL, in its red herring prospectus (RHP), said, "Our company will not receive any proceeds from the offer, and all such proceeds will go to the selling shareholders."

ICICI Securities, HDFC Securities and Capital Markets, IDBI Capital Markets & Securities, Axis Capital, SBI Capital Markets and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors are the issue's book-running lead managers, while MUFG Intime India serves as the registrar.
