During the three-day bidding period from September 16 to September 19, the ₹777 crore initial share sale was
subscribed 110.71 times led by institutional investors.
The qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) quota got subscribed 240.79 times, while non-institutional investors (NIIs) subscribed 142.28 times the part set aside for them. The retail individual investors (RIIs) portion fetched 30.74 times the subscription. The
IPO allotment status was finalised on Friday, September 20.
The IPO, which had set a price band of ₹249 to ₹263 per share, was a mix of a fresh issue of shares worth ₹500 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 1,05,32,320 shares valued at ₹277 crore by investor shareholders.
The fresh issue proceeds will be utilised to meet future capital requirements towards onward lending.
