NAPS Global India IPO: The initial share sale of NAPS Global India will open for public subscription on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. It is a fixed price issue at ₹90 per share. The IPO will close on Thursday, March 6.
The ₹11.88 crore initial public offer is a fresh issuance of 13.20 lakh shares. There is no offer-for-sale component.
The net proceeds from the issue will be used to fund working capital requirements and serve general corporate purposes.
Retail investors can apply for at least 1,600 shares, needing an investment of ₹1,44,000. For high-net-worth individuals, the minimum investment is ₹2,88,000 for 3,200 shares.
The company has reserved 50% of the IPO for retail investors and 50% for other categories.
The basis of allotment of NAPS Global India is expected to be finalised on Friday, March 7. The refund for unsuccessful investors will be initiated on March 10. Shares will also be credited to the Demat account of successful investors on the same day. The listing on the BSE SME platform will occur on March 11.
The book-running lead manager for the issue is Aryaman Financial Services Ltd, while Cameo Corporate Services Ltd is the registrar.
NAPS Global India, a wholesale importer of textile products, is a key player in Maharashtra, India's garment manufacturing supply chain. It imports cotton and man-made fabrics from China and Hong Kong in bulk quantities and supplies to vendors of garment manufacturing companies in Maharashtra.
The company's products in fabrics and garments include cotton fabrics, knitted fabrics, super-soft velvet fabrics, man-made fabrics, linen fabrics, men's shirts and T-shirts, women's tops, and kids' jeans.
Its competitive strengths include healthy financial performance, experienced promoters and directors, and long-standing relations with suppliers.
