The initial public offering of digital lending platform Moneyview has been subscribed 18.14 times so far on the final day of bidding on Monday, September 28.

The IPO received bids for 4,21,82,23,212 shares against 23,25,24,175 shares on offer, as per NSE data until 12:38 pm.

The quota for non-institutional investors received 55.47 times subscription, and the category for retail investors was subscribed 11.42 times. The portion for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) got subscribed 1.43 times.

The ₹1,091.68 crore IPO consists of a fresh issue of shares valued at ₹750 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 10.05 crore shares worth ₹341.68 crore.

Under the OFS, promoter Puneet Agarwal and investors Accel India IV (Mauritius), AccelGrowth IV Holdings (Mauritius), DI Investment LLC and NLI Strategic Venture Investment will offload their stake.

Of the fresh issue proceeds, ₹325 crore will be utilised to support the company's lending operations, while ₹250 crore will be invested in augmenting the capital base of its NBFC subsidiary. The rest will be used for general corporate purposes.

With a price band of ₹32 to ₹34 per share, a lot consists of 441 shares.

Founded in 2014, Moneyview operates as a digital-only, credit-led fintech platform offering financial products across borrowing, transactions, investments and protection.

Moneyview IPO: Allotment and listing date

Moneyview IPO allotment is expected to be finalised on Tuesday, September 29. Shares of the company will be listed on the NSE and the BSE on Thursday, October 1.
