MobiKwik offers online payment and prepaid digital wallet services. It allows customers to pay utility bills, transfer money, and make purchases at online and offline merchants.

The IPO price band was set between ₹265 to ₹279 per share.

During the three-day bidding period, the initial share sale received a robust response from investors, with the IPO being subscribed 119.38 times.

It received bids from investors for 141.72 crore shares against 1.18 crore shares available to subscribe, according to the cumulative data on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

Retail investors were the most interested, subscribing 134.67 times. Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) booked their part 119.50 times, and the non-institutional investors (NIIs) category received a 108.95 times subscription.
